Many types of minor knee pain respond well to self-care measures. Yoga therapy can help relieve knee pain. This is one of the therapeutic series focusing on the knees.

Begin with gentle hip movements. Bend a knee and lift one leg up to strengthen the hamstring. The lifted leg is raised at different levels with the knee bent or straightened to stimulate different muscles. End with relaxing hip movements.
