Begin with spinal lengthening poses to create space in the upper torso. Followed by lateral stretching and gentle twisting that can effectively alleviate backaches, and strengthening poses like locust and cobra to prevent injury.

This class also incorporates many joint movements such as shoulder and hip rotation to improve range of motion and overall mobility.
