Restorative yoga is good for everyone to take a moment to slow down, relax, and open the body through passive stretching. Especially good for those who have insomnia or rehabilitate from an injury. 

In this session, you will go through a sequence of resting and stretching postures towards gravity, stretching the muscle and relaxing the nervous system. Neck stretches and breathing are introduced to activate the parasympathetic system. Breathing encourages the body to be oxygenated, regenerate the brain and body cells. It helps to restore energy, increase metabolism, improve body functions and reduce stress.
