Description

This is a 60-minute intermediate Hatha class for anyone who is ready to take their yoga practice to the next level. This session will help you build more strength in the upper body and to prepare for various arm balancing and inversion poses.

You will warm up your body with a sequence of twisting and hip stretches. Then guided into several challenging poses step by step, modifications are given. Be patient with yourself. Certain postures may not be easy at this moment, listen to your body and stay where you are comfortable with it.

Establish mindfulness into your strengthening practice and don’t forget to breathe!
