Description

This intermediate Hatha class features a sequence of movements combined including forward bending, back bending, twisting, lateral stretching, hip opening and inversions for multilevel practitioners.

In order to attempt advanced postures safely, this class focuses on breathing, preparatory poses, neutralizing movements and counterpose. You will be guided step by step with modifications, listen to your body and feel your progress. In this session, you will be introduced to camel pose with twisting variations, king cobra pose and headstand drop back techniques.
