Chair yoga is a gentle yoga class suitable for all experience levels, especially beginners, seniors or people with limited mobility. It is a great way to build strength and flexibility slowly and gently.

Chair yoga helps improve flexibility, circulation and balance with low impact on joints. Master Yogananth and Pasty will guide you through a therapeutic sequence to promote independence and wellbeing.

椅子瑜伽是以椅子作為練習的輔具,適合任何人士,特別是較年長和行動不太靈活人士。不但令練習進行得更安全,同時保留瑜伽所帶來效益。

本課節會有較多坐姿練習,配合輕量的站姿和平衡練習,讓練習者在能力範圍內慢慢增強肌力、平衡力和柔軟度。課堂亦着重配合呼吸覺察,希望練習者在身心靈各方面得到平衡。
