Description
Yoga is a fantastic activity to get kids up and moving! In this session, you will explore the ocean and connect with the water element inside of you.
Master Dyana and Trisna will bring you to dive into the deep sea and check what is under the water! You will learn to swim like jellyfish, crawl around like a crab, be like a whale and discover more underwater creatures. There are also some partner poses and inversions to challenge your kids and develop confidence.
Learn to become like water, soft and flexible as well as strong and powerful!
