Description

This pranayama class will introduce different breathing and meditation techniques to improves one's awareness and concentration. Suitable for all levels.

Start with preparatory movements like gentle twisting and lateral stretching, followed by dynamic movements with forceful breaths to cleanse the body. The movements are introduced in three parts to increase breathing awareness: the diaphragm, the thoracic, and the clavicle region. Conclude with a relaxing meditation and powerful chanting.

After the practice, you will grow in greater self-awareness, and learn to observe your own breathing. You will feel centred and calm.
