Description

This is a 2-hours themed class focusing on inversions. Inversions help to improve overall circulation, activating all the sensitivity organs like the eyes, ears. This class offers a step-by-step guidance to practice inversions safely, slowly and steadily.

Begin with a complete warm-up of the neck, shoulders, upper back and hips. You will practice some half inversion poses like downward facing dog and rabbit pose to get the inverted feeling gradually. Rabbit pose activates the nervous system and incrrease metabolism, it also helps to relieve the neck and upper back tension.

You will jump up from you hands to build some arm strength and you will learn how to fall back. Chest opening postures are introduced throughout the class as they are crucial in inversion practice. Headstand is guided step-by-step with wall support and then progressively into practicing elbow stand with variations.

After the practice, you will learn useful techniques to go into inversion poses safely. You will also feel energised.
