This class focuses on strengthening the core muscles and improving the upper body and arm strength. It helps boost metabolism, builds internal support and stability of the body.

Core strengthening postures and breathing techniques are incorporated into the sequence to improve the coordination between the upper and the lower body. 

Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with consistent practice. Prepare practitioners to progress on more challenging asanas and sequences. You will learn some inversions and arm balancing poses that require core strength such as crow pose and half tripod pose.
