Regular practice is more effective than an intense class every once in a while. Connect with your body and breath is a way of cultivating more awareness. Let’s move fearlessly through this practice by listening to your body.

Begin with warm-up on all joints, spinal movements, quadriceps and hamstrings stretches. Followed by more hip movements to prepare the body to flying pigeon, an arm balancing pose with hip flexibility. You will be guided into the pose with different approach that suits your body. Continue with step-by-step instructions to a wheel pose and weight shifting techniques for drop back.

With regular practice, you will build trust in yourself. Finding courage, confidence and strength to go through any tough times in life.
