Description

This is a 60-minute multilevel Hatha practice for regular practitioners. This session focuses on opening up your body progressively for advanced postures.

This class begins with a sequence of dynamic warm-ups and preparatory poses, before going into more challenging postures like bow pose, wheel pose and chin stand. Master Yogananth will guide you step by step and offer blocks supported variations. End with energising breathing techniques.

You will learn to address your body limitations throughout the practice and improve accordingly. Keep an open mindset to challenge yourself.
