Description

Back pain is commonly caused by improper alignment, limited hip flexibility and weak core strength. Lunges is an effective pose to stretch the hip flexors and thighs and to release the compression on lower back. 

This session will demonstrate how to practice low lunge and variations. You will learn to improve hip flexibility and prepare yourself for advanced backward bending poses.
